The well-preserved clipfish processing area is now converted to a rustic dining area and bar. Named after the first owner and builder, Arnesensalen is an excellent arena for celebrations or teambuilding events. Sporting seating lounges, bar and a 7.5 meter timber longtable; comfortably seating 22 guests. Seating arrangements can be extended to a maximum of 30.
Lease includes the access to outdoor area and penthouse flat, perfect for housing guests from out-of-town.
Base lease includes Arnesensalen and the Penthouse flat. The facilities are best suited for catering or prepared food due to limited cooking facilities. Heating prepared food is not a problem and refrigerators are available for foodstuffs and drinks. Tennants enjoy exclusive access to Arnesensalen and the penthouse flat during the lease period. Upon special arrangement, fresh crabs can be prepared for on-site cooking. Crabs will be kept alive in salt water tank on the pier.
